HalW Consulting was founded to bridge the gap between technology and business outcomes.

After completing his MBA from Cornell, Hal’s career began at PwC and evolved through critical roles at BASF and Montgomery Ward/Mobil. He later founded his ERP consulting firm and became a partner at an 800-person consultancy.

With deep experience in ERP, BI, planning, and corporate finance, Hal brings both strategic insight and technical knowledge to every engagement.

Today, he leads HalW Consulting – an independent practice focused exclusively on Solver – trusted by ERP partners across North America.
